The third week of testimony in the Sean “Diddy” Sex Trafficking trial resumed on Tuesday with the emotional testimony of the former personal assistant of the Magul de Rap, which testified about the violence and threats that said he witnessed at work.
Crying at the witness stalls, Capricorn Clark told the jury that they told him that he “threw the East River” if he failed in a lies detector test about the theft of the Jewelry of the combs, that he was forced to accompany the combs to face the rival musician Cudi, and how he witnessed Cocle Beat to his ex -girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
The intense testimony was complicated by an emotional interrogation, since defense lawyers interrogated Clark about his desire to reconcile with combs and continue working with him.

“Do you want to work with him again?” Defensor lawyer Marc Agnifilo pressed after showing messages where Clark sought to reconcile with combs.
“I wanted to work in the music industry,” Clark replied.
Combs faces the possibility of life imprisonment if it is declared guilty for positions of sexual trafficking and extortion. Prosecutors claim that he used their musical empire, including their vast wealth and control over their employees, to direct a criminal company that used violence and threats to force women to sex and then enforce their silence. The trial has already seen the cultural taster and the titan of the music industry in the reduced time to an abuser adding drugs that directed a sex life full of voyeurism, orgies and prostitutes.
Comps has declared himself innocent, and his lawyers have argued that combs’ shares, while they were outside the main current, they were a private and not a criminal issue.
“If you do not convince, I will kill all you, m ———–“.
Last week, rapper and actor Kid Cudi, whose legal name is Scott Mescudi, told the jurors that he believed that combs broke into his house in a jealous spasm after he learned that Mescudi had been dating the ex -girlfriend of Combs, Ventura.
Mescudi offered few details about the alleged robbery, telling the jurors that he hastened home after Clark had notified him. Once there, he testified that he only found traces of the alleged combs actions, including the search for manipulated Christmas gifts and his dog locked in his bathroom.
Taking the position on Tuesday, Clark testified about that episode, which she began in the early hours of December 22, 2011, when a furious comb came to her apartment with a gun.
“He said: ‘Why didn’t you tell me?’ I said: ‘I don’t know what you are talking about.’
When he protested, Clark testified to the combs, Gun supposedly in his hand, he said: “I don’t care F — What you want to do, go dress.”

Clark said she was forced to join Com Coms and a bodyguard called Ruben to lead to Mescudi’s house. While combs and Ruben supposedly entered the house, Clark said he called Ventura to tell him about the robbery, warning Mescudi that he could “kill” if he tried to intervene.
Later that day, Clark testified that ComBs ordered her and the bodyguard to pick up Cassie and convince Mescudi that she did not tell the police that ComBs was involved in the robbery at home.
“If you do not convince it, I will kill all those who m ———–“, Clark recalled Combs telling him. When he returned with Ventura, Clark said that combs, standing on his robe and underwear, began kicking Ventura.
She testified that ComBs kicked Ventura repeatedly, “and each kick was crouched in a fetal position more and more” until it was until the street.
When asked why I didn’t intervene, Clark replied that ComBs said: “If jumping, he was also going to do me.”
Breaking in the witness post, Clark told the jury that he later called Ventura’s mother and urged her to inform the Police. “You are surpassing S — outside your daughter. Please, help her. I can’t call the police, but you can,” said the jury.

Ventura’s mother testified last week that after she learned of the threat of Combs from releasing two sex tapes from her daughter, she obtained a loan of domestic capital to pay combs $ 20,000, which was finally returned.
Questioning Clark, combs’ lawyers tried to question the memory of the former event assistant and suggested that he accompanied the combs and voluntarily ruben.
“Were you because you were afraid that I was going to do something stupid?” Agnifilo asked. “I was because he told me that he didn’t care that he didn’t want to go,” Clark replied. “I didn’t want to go and it wasn’t my choice, Lord.”
“They will launch you to the East River.”
Clark told the jury that working for combs was accelerated, intense and required loyalty. Within his first year working for combs, he said he was forced to take a series of lies detector tests to demonstrate that he was not involved with the disappearance of three pieces of high -end jewelry combs they had given him.
After she reported the missing jewels, Clark testified that she was locked inside the unfinished corporate headquarters of the Bad Boy entertainment of combs by a bodyguard nicknamed “Uncle Paulie.” Taken to the sixth floor of the building, Clark said he found “a heavy gentleman who was smoking cigarettes and drinking black coffee.” She said the man said: “They had taken me to the building to take a lies detector test to discover what happened to this jewelry.”
If she flew the test, she testified that the man said: “They will throw you into the East River.”
“I was petrified,” said Clark.

Clark said “Uncle Paulie” took her five days in a row to the same desert within 1710 Broadway in Manhattan, near the famous Carnegie Hall of New York, for the testing of lies detectors.
“I wanted to demonstrate my innocence. I didn’t like threats,” Clark testified.
When he was allowed to return to work, Clark told the jury that ComBs never mentioned the evidence of the lies detector or asked where he had been.
During an interrogation that was hotonia from the period of time to the period of time, Capricorn Clark testified that he did not know the connection between Sean Com combs and the big man who remembered repeatedly administering the test detector test. She testified that ComBs suspected her from stealing the jewels, which had been borrowed to Combs for her famous annual white party on July 4 at the Hamptons.
“Don’t you know what relationship with Mr. Combs?” The defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo asked. Clark replied that she didn’t know.
“I felt it was a protector for Puff.”
While prosecutors sought to use Clark’s testimony to highlight how the combs used their wealth, power and employees to direct a criminal company, defense lawyers tried to undermine that narrative by highlighting the messages that suggested that Clark was anxious to work for a man who occupied a unique position in the worlds of music and culture.
Clark again broke into tears and sobs when he faced several emails that he had sent to the combs. One, in 2014, said: “I wish I forgive me soon. It has happened enough. I feel that you have forgiven everyone else than me.”
A second, in early 2015, said: “Send you blessings and love for a new year.”
More tears flowed when Agnifilo showed Clark an email that sent Com Coms on his birthday, on November 4, 2015. “I hope this year is good in his promise to overcome things and be my friend again.”
Defensor lawyer Agnifilo continued to ask why he wanted to return to work.

“I wanted my life back, Lord,” Clark explained.
“Do you want to work with him again?” Agnifilo asked.
“I wanted to work in the music industry,” Clark replied.
Federal prosecutors, resuming their interrogations after the interrogation, suggested that Clark returned to work for combs because he hindered his attempts to work elsewhere in the music industry.
“He maintained all the power as he related to me,” Clark testified through the sobs.
