Photo Rica, Mexico — POZA RICA, Mexico (AP) — The death toll from torrential rains in Mexico increased, as the consequences grew since widespread flooding and landslides cross country. President Claudia Sheinbaum convened governors of the most affected states on Sunday to direct an emergency response plan and visited Poza Rica, Veracruz state.
